摘    要:通过对硼的特性及提高电炉流程生产含硼钢冶金质量的措施分析,采取相应技术措施稳定并降低钢中氧、氮质量分数,合理控制铝、钛加入量,优化硼的加入制度,配备必要在线监测装备、提高过程参数控制能力。生产实践证明,在将硼的回收率从70%~85%稳定提高到90%以上,钢中硼质量分数得到精确控制的同时,实现了提高含硼钢冶金质量的目的。
