氧气转炉高磷铁水炼钢及鄂西高磷铁矿资源的利用

摘    要:氧气转炉高磷铁水炼钢技术包括顶吹法(LD-AC、OLP)和底吹法(OBM、LWS),这些方法都可以利用高磷  铁水生产出优质钢并得到磷肥(P2O5 18%~20%)。中国鄂西高磷矿储量达16.9亿t,可以采用上述技术用于钢铁生产,对解决中国铁矿石不足,减少进口有重要作用。建议国家尽快开发利用鄂西高磷矿资源。

Abstract:High phosphorus hot metal steelmaking technologies in BOF include top blowing method(LD-AC,OLP) and bottom blowing method(OMB,LWS).These methods can make use of hot metal with high-phosphorus to produce high quality steel and phosphate fertilizer(P2O5 18%~20%).There are 1.69 billion ton phosphate ores in Hubei in our country to use to steelmaking.This is very important for reducing imports of iron ore.So,it should be develop and utilize high phosphate ore resource as soon as possible.
