| 摘 要： | 介绍了ZJ19A卷接机组电控系统中通讯的设计与实现,采用PROFIBUS现场总线技术组成局部网络,实现PLC和工业控制计算机间的通讯;PLC间采用MPI网进行数据通讯,实现信号和数据间的传递和共享。对SP3和CP342-5的功能以及MPI的配置也进行了论述。工业控制计算机、PLC等实时通讯的应用,加强了对机组运行状态的监控,维护方便,机组的稳定性和可靠性也大大改善。

| Abstract: | The design and realization of communication in electric control system in ZJ19A cigarette making and (tipping) machine combination were introduced, the communication between PLC and industrial control computer was carried out by using PROFIBUS to make up a local network; signal and data transferring and sharing were realized by using MPI network to communicate data among PLCs. The functions of SP3 and CP342-5 and the configuration of MPI were described also. By means of real time communication tools, industrial control computer, PLC, and etc, the running state monitoring of machine was strengthened, the maintenance was convenient, and the stability and reliability of machine were improved. |
