石油企业科研项目管理与评价模式的研究与应用

科研项目的管理与其他项目的管理有较大区别。基于对科研项目管理特点的分析,本文讨论了建立科学的科研项目管理模式的必要性,强调对科研项目进行全过程管理,将过程分为规划、立项、实施、验收和成果推广应用五个阶段,采用里程碑的管理模式;提出了构建科研项目立项、实施过程中的管理与控制及项目验收三个关键点评价模型的方法,江将全过程管理模型和评价模型进行了应用。
