摘    要:建立了两端刚性支撑的Jettcott转子局部碰摩的动力学模型,将打靶法的思想与四阶龙格库塔法结合,对转子系统由于局部碰摩故障导致的非线性动力学行为进行了研究,数值模拟得出转子系统碰摩的轴心轨迹、位移响应、振幅谱以及Poincare截面图,分析了转子系统参数中频率比和刚度比对转子系统运动的影响,从中发现此类非线性振动系统具有周期、拟周期和混沌等复杂的动力学行为研究结果对转子系统的故障识别与诊断具有一定的意义。

Abstract:The dynamic model of Jeffcott rotor system with rubbing fault based on rigid supports at two ends is built. In combination of shooting method with 4-order Runge-Kutta algorithm, the non- linear dynamic behaviors of the rotor system caused by partially rubbing fault is studied. Some typical trajectories of journal centers, displacement response, amplitude spectrum and Poincare sections of the rubbed rotor system are obtained from simulation. Besides, the paper analyzes the influence on the rotor system movement of the rotor system parameters, including frequency ratio and stiffness ratio, from which the complicated dynamic behaviors of doubling-periods, approximate-periods and chaos in this nonlinear vibration system are discovered. The conclusions provide a definite basis for identification and diagnosis of rubbing faults.
