燃料型减压蒸馏塔的模拟计算

摘    要:提出了一种用正构烷烃切割实沸点(TBP)蒸馏曲线的新方法,即积分自动选择正构烷烃法(IAC法)。模拟计算的结果表明:该方法可以准确地预测减压蒸馏高沸点馏分的物性数据;由于把压力作为变量处理,进一步提高了模拟计算的准确程度。

Abstract:A new method i. e, the automatic integrating selection of normal paraffins was established to cut TBP curve into pseudo-components. The simulation results showed that, it can predict accurately the properties of high boiling point distillates from vacuum distillation.Regarding the pressure as a parameter, the simulation calculation accuracy was further enhanced.
