| 摘 要： | 服务外包已经成为经济全球化背景下的一种新型产业组织模式，而服务业尤其是生产性服务业的发展水平已经成为衡量一个国家或地区产业结构高级化程度的重要标志。在产业转移趋势不断加强的背景下，研究我国如何承接国际生产性服务外包，具有战略意义。本文基于服务外包的相关理论，结合宁波承接国际生产性服务外包的SWOT分析，提出了宁波承接国际生产性服务外包的对策。
