| 摘 要： | <正>2005年,无论是从国际还是从国内来看,蔗糖价格都是在不断地上涨。2005年国际食糖遵循着这样一个规律：1-8月份价格稳步上升,9月份开始猛抬,10-12月份急速上涨。如纽约期货交易所(NYBOT)1-9月份,价格从8美分/磅逐步上涨为10美分/磅,而从10-12月份在不到三个月的时间里,价格则迅速从10美分/磅上涨为目前的14美分/磅。伦敦国际金融期货交易所(Liffe)1-9月份,价格从270美元/吨逐步上涨为300美元/吨,而从10-12月份在不到三个月时间里,价格则从300美元/吨迅速上涨为目前的370美元/吨。东京谷物交易所(TGE)1-9月份,价格从24000日元/吨逐步上涨为30000

| Abstract: | In 2005, no matter from world or according to our country, the price of sugar was going up constantly. However, that made serial starch carbohydrate used in food and beverage showing advantages enough. In recent years, there are 34 starch carbohydrate enterprises that production more than 30,000 tons per year in our country. The market of Fructose and Glucose Syrup and Oligosaccharide have very large development space, and Yang Haijun of Cooperating Secretariat of China Ferment Industrial Association analyzed in particular in this article. |
