自由基源物质变化对直流电晕自由基簇射脱除NO的影响

摘    要:氨气、氧气、氮气和水蒸气是常见的产生含N、H、O自由基的自由基源物质.选择氨氩混合气、氧气、干空气和湿空气作为自由基源物质进行了NO的脱除研究.发现不同的自由基源物质都能形成稳定的电晕,但对放电特性有一定的影响;电极中通入氧气和空气时NO转化成NO2的效率明显高于氨氩混合气.考虑到NO2容易被碱液吸收,而通入氨氩混合气时生成的N2H和N2O是潜在的温室气体,所以空气和氧气更适合作为自由基源物质;电极中通入空气时NO的脱除效果略差于氧气,但是与氨氩混合气相差不多.但是从安全性和经济性的角度考虑,空气具有更好的应用前景;少量水蒸气的存在有助于NO的脱除.所以在氨氩混合气、氧气、干空气和湿空气中,湿空气无疑是最佳的选择.

Abstract:NH_3,O_2,N_2 and vapor are commonly used gases to generate N,H,O radicals.In this work,NH_3 Ar,O_2,dry air and humid air were selected as working gases of radical sources to research NO removal.It was shown that stable corona could be formed by different radical sources. However, they had certain effect on discharge characteristic. The conversion rate of NO into NO_2 by air and oxygen was obviously higher than that by NH_3 Ar.NO_2 was easy to be absorbed by lye and greenhouse gases,N_2H and N_2O, were produced when adding NH_3 Ar.Therefore air and oxygen were better radical sources.When air was injected into the electrode,NO removal efficiency was a little worse than the case of oxygen but almost the same as the case of NH_3 Ar.However, considering safety and economy, air has a better prospect of application.A few water vapor was helpful to improve NO removal.Humid air was the best choice among NH_3 Ar,O_2,dry air and humid air.
