基于SCADA数据的风电场后评估方法

摘    要:风电场后评估作为优化风电场运行状态、降低运维成本的关键技术手段,其方法已成为业界探讨的焦点。本文综合介绍了目前国外基于SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)数据系统的风电场后评估方法,包括宏观的主元分析法,关键绩效指标法以及微观的结构力学方法。分析了三种风电场后评估方法的局限性,展望了风电场后评估技术及方法的发展方向,提出了通过建立风机非标准工作状态下的样本数据库,并以该数据库为基础生成风机工作状态图谱来诊断风机工作状态的方法。

Post-Wind-Farm-Project Evaluation Methods Based on SCADA System Data
Abstract:The post-wind-farm-project evaluation is a key technology to optimize the operation state and reduce the operational cost of wind farms,and the post-wind-farm-project evaluation methods have become the hotspot in wind power industry.This article comprehensively introduced post-wind-farm-project evaluation methods based on SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system including the PCA method,the KPIs method and the structure mechanical method.The author analyzed the limitation of the methods,gave an outlook for these existing evaluation methods,and proposed to diagnose the operation state of the wind turbines basing on the sample database under non-standard working condition.
