摘    要:单原子层二维碳片(Graphene)是一种严格意义上二维晶体,尽管发现的历史短,但是由于它具有诸多优异特性和广阔的应用前景而引起了世界各地研究人员的关注.综述了单原子层二维碳片的基本结构,分析了其独特性能:双极性超导电流的电场效应、完美的量子隧穿效应、安德森局域化的弱化现象、从不消失的电导率以及半整数霍尔效应,并展望了其应用前景尤其是在电子工业领域巨大的应用潜力.

Abstract:Graphene means one layer of carbon atoms, one of truly two dimensional crystals. Some very pe culiar properties of graphene, such as bipolar supercurrent, chiral tunneling of relativistic particles, absence of Anderson localization, anomalous quantum Hall effect, are summarized in this paper. These properties of graphene open new perspectives for carbon-based electronics which may replace Si-based electronics in CMOS chips. Its other potential applications are also described.
