摘    要:基于数字图像处理技术,研究气流床气化炉内多喷嘴对撞气化火焰几何特征,分析气化稳定燃烧和不稳定燃烧两种状态。运用火焰的相对亮度面积、形心坐标和火焰图像的平均灰度值等3个方面的变化趋势,说明气化燃烧状况,从分析结果中可以得到以下结论:当3个方面的变化趋势都很平稳时,说明燃烧状态较稳定;当前两个变化幅度较大时,说明气化燃烧状态不稳定。研究结果为预测气化炉内气化燃烧趋势,提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Based on the digital image processing technology the flame characteristics in entrained flow gasifier is researched and the stable and instable flame status is analyzed respectively. The Charge Coupled Device is installed on the top of entrained flow gasifier and can shoot the whole flame. The flame images can indicate the combustion status clearly. When the changes of luminous region are less than 0. 1 and the changes of average brightness are less than 15 , the combustion status is stable. On the contrary, when the changes of luminous region and average brightness are large-scale, the combustion status is instable. No matter what the combustion status is stable or instable, the changes of luminous region are consistent with the changes of average brightness, and the changes of centroid are a-round 0. 5 at all times, except that single flame or all flames are extinguished. These research results provide diagnostic means for combustion status in the entrained flow gasifier.
