运用TRIZ和田口方法的集成开发产品

摘    要:TRIZ方法和田口方法是创新设计行之有效的方法,然而由于都存在各自的局限性,只有与其它方法结合起来才能给出各领域具体的优化设计方案。本文分析了两者在产品设计中各自的优点和不足,提出了TRIZ方法与田口方法优化集成的创新设计方法。给出了运用TRIZ和田口方法的集成开发改进织物印花操作装置的设计实例。

Abstract:TRIZ and Taguchl method are effective methods in innovative design, each specialist field of excellent design project must be obtained combining with other method because of their own limitations. This paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, recommended a new innovative design method of combining TRIZ with Taguchl method and gave an example which used combining TRIZ with Tagnchl method to improve the structure of the textile pattern machine.
