摘    要:针对目前可实现多路分光的亚波长光栅功分器层 数多不容易制备、无法平均分束的 问题,本文设计了一种基于光束反射会聚的单层亚波长光栅功分器,可实现多束分光且便于 制备。通过严格耦合波理论与波前相位控制理论,设计了四个完全相同的可实现光束会聚的 亚波长光栅,接着将四个亚波长光栅依次紧密拼接进而获得了四路功分器。基于有限元软件 COMSOL对设计的器件进行仿真分析,结果表明该器件可以将一束波长为1550 nm的TM入射光分 成四束,每束光的功率都相等,且都能实现反射会聚。因此基于波前相位控制原理设计的功 分器不仅能实现多束平均分光,还能使每束光都实现了会聚,从而有效提高了光探测器阵列 的工作效率,有希望被广泛应用于光通信集成系统与空间光耦合等领域。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the number of layers of subwavelength grati ng power beam splitter that can achieve multi-splitting is difficult to prepare and cannot be split evenly,this paper designs a single layer subwavelength grat ing power beam splitter based on beam reflection convergence function,which can realize more beam splitting and is easy to preparation.Using the rigorous coup led wave analysis and the wavefront phase control principle,the four identical s ubwavelength grating with beam convergence function are designed.Then the chose d four same subwavelength gratings are closely splitted and then the four ways p ower splitter are obtained.By designing the model in the finite element softwar e COMSOL,the simulation results show that the device can divide a bundle of the TM incident light with a wavelength of 1550nm into four bun dles of beams,an d each beam have the same power and realize reflective convergence.Therefore,the power beam splitter based on the wavefront phase control principle can not only realize multi-beam average splitting,but also realize convergence of each bea m ,which can effectively improve the working efficiency of the photodetector arra y,and is expected to be widely used in optical communication integration system and space light coupling and other fields.
