| 摘 要： | 为了满足人们对农副产品的需求量,保证农副产品的新鲜程度和品质,需要加强对农副产品的加工与贮藏,以达到延长保质期的目的。同时有利于保证农副产品的色香味,增加农民收入,发展农村经济,缩小城乡差距,对建设社会主义和谐社会有重要意义。文章简述了农副产品加工与贮藏的方法,希望能够为行业发展提供一定帮助。
