香椿贮藏保鲜技术及其发展趋势

摘    要:近年来,香椿产业发展较快,香椿的贮藏保鲜技术也有了突破,一定程度上解决了其贮藏时间短的问题。文章对影响香椿贮藏的关键因素及其保鲜技术进行了综述,提出了香椿贮藏保鲜的发展方向。
