摘    要:介绍一种新型植物纤维类缓冲包装材料的工艺流程和性能测试.该缓冲包装材料是以秸秆、果渣及淀粉添加剂为主要原料,利用膨化技术及压模成型原理制出的一种新型的可自然降解,对环境无污染的缓冲材料.该材料可以再回收利用,在包装领域有很大的发展潜力,是一种很好的环保材料.

Abstract:The technical process and performance tests of the cushion packing material made from plant fiber were introduced. The cushion packaging material was mainly composed of straw, apple waste, and starch additive. The technology of expanding and press molding was applied to produce this naturally degrad- able material and does not contaminate the environment. It is an environmental friendly cushion material and has large potential in the field of packaging.
