摘    要:为了提高RA镀层的耐蚀性、力学性能以及改善镀层表面质量,在RA热镀合金中添加Ti、In、Ge、RE等微量元素,使RA热镀合金的塑性增强、耐蚀性提高、晶粒细化;从而进一步改善RA热镀合金镀层性能,使其镀层更加均匀完整,耐蚀性提高到普通镀锌层(Zn 0 2%Al合金镀层)的6~10倍,力学性能得到一定程度提高。

Abstract:In order to ameliorate the corrosion-resistant property,mechanical property and appearance of the galvanized coatings,trace elements such as Ti,In,Ge,RE and so on were introduced into hot galvanizing RA alloys.The introductions improve the plastic deformation,corrosion-resistant properties of RA,and also fine its crystal grains.Moreover,the corrosion-resistant properties of the galvanized coatings using RA alloys are further improved with much even galvanizing coatings and improved mechanical property,and as a result,the corrosion-resistant is six to ten times of that of ordinary galvanized coatings treated by using Zn-0.2% Al alloys.
