| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了贝加莱可编程计算机控制器 ( PCC)的帧驱动器 ,利用 PCC的帧驱动器可以方便地开发任意第三方产品的串行通信协议。文章以西门子 Micro Master变频器的 U SS通信协议为例 ,提出了 PCC对多台变频器进行网络控制的实现方案 ,并且给出了用 B&R Autom ation Basic开发的串行通信程序。利用该方法 ,可以方便地实现对多台变频器的协调控制和运行参数的在线监测。实践表明 ,文章所给出的串行通信程序具有可靠性高 ,移植性强 ,灵活性好和清晰易读等特点 ,为项目开发人员带来极大的方便。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces frame driver of Programmable Computer Controller (PCC) of B&R Co., pointes out that serial communication protocols of third-party product can be developed conveniently by frame driver of PCC. Taking USS communication protocols of MicroMaster inverter of SIEMENS Co. as example, the paper proposes realizing scheme of network control upon multi-inverters and designes serial communication program by B&R Automation Basic. It is convenient to realize coordinated control and online monitoring of running parameters by applying the scheme. Practice has shown that the serial communication developed in the paper has high reliability, strong transplant property, good flexibility and readability, providing great convenience for project developing personal. |
