| 摘 要： | 以新疆棉籽油为原料用酯交换法制取生物柴油,按照体积比将棉籽生物柴油与0#石化柴油调和成B20棉籽生物柴油。调和的B20棉籽生物柴油理化指标得到优化,达到GB/T 19147-2003标准;柴油发动机试验分析表明,燃用B20棉籽生物柴油,发动机运行平稳,工作正常,动力下降2%～3%,油耗增加2%～5%,CO、THC、PM排放量减少,符合实际应用需求,是优质清洁的替代燃料。

| Abstract: | Biodiesel was produced by transesterification from cottonseed oil. The physicochemical indexes of the B20 biodiesel obtained by blending 20% volume of cottonseed biodiesel and 80% volumeof O^#diesel fuel met the requirements of GB/T 19147-2003. The analysis of the expeiment in diesel engine showed that using B20 biodiesel,the engine run smoothly and the emission of CO,THC and PM decreased,but the power descended by 2% - 3% and the fuel consumption increased by2%-5%. In a word the B20 biodiesel is a sanitary,renewable and alternative fuel, it can satisfy the needs of practical application. |
