摘 要: | 介绍了用检测渐开线齿形固定弦齿厚的正弦齿厚仪检测双圆弧齿轮齿形固定弦齿厚的测量计算方法,并给出了适用于不同标准双圆弧齿轮齿形的通用计算公式,以FSPH-79超短齿形为例,列出了标准圆柱直径的参数表与计算压表量的最佳模数区段和双圆弧齿轮在精切前测点处弦齿高变化量与进刀量的对照关系。

Abstract: | This article introduces a method for measuring the constant chord on double-circular-arc gear with the help of the tooth thickness gauge for measuring the constant chord on involute and presents a general formula applicable for tooth profiles of different kinds of double-circular-arc gears. The author, taking the FSPH-79 ultra-short tooth profile as an example, presents the parameter table of standard cylindrical diameters, the optimum module limits for calculating the adjusted values and the relationship between the variation of chordal addendum at the measuring point and the feed per minute before finish cut. |
