Comprehensive properties of domestic cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber with neodymium catalyst system

The comprehensive properties of domestic cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber with neodymium catalyst system(NdBR) were compared with those of foreign NdBR and domestic NiBR.Compared with domestic NiBR,NdBR had better comprehensive properties including higher regularity of chain structure and relative molecular mass,narrower relative molecular mass distribution,slightly inferior process ability,higher self-adhesion and raw rubber strength,high tensile strength and resilience of vulcanizate,low fatigue heat build-up,good dynamic mechanical properties,optimum balance of wet skid resistance and rolling resistance.Domestic NdBR had similar properties to those of foreign same products.Its sample of vulcanizate with higher Mooney viscosity had optimum comprehensive properties.
