将机械式直线加速器用于采油机械的设想

机械式直线加速器是根据平行直动推杆传动机构设计而成的新型传动装置 ,利用其加速和增程功能 ,提出两种采取对称布置的直线加速器实现长冲程、低冲次的抽油装置设计新方案 :( 1)采用直线加速器的长冲程抽油机 ,其结构合理 ,便于实现复合平衡 ,预计有较高的机械效率和较长的使用寿命 ;( 2 )采用直线加速器的抽油机井下增程装置 ,可使地面设备结构紧凑 ,比同类型长冲程抽油机的悬点载荷相对较低 ,对现有抽油机实施长冲程改造有着重要的实际意义。

Mechanical linear accelerator is a new transmission device designed on the basis of the parallel straight push rod iniear reducer To make use of its acceleration and stroke increment functions, an idea of applying the mechanical hiiear accelerator to ofl pumping system is put forward The desigii schemes for long stroke puniping unit and dowiiliole stroke increment device both equipped with the mechanical linear accelerator are presented The long stroke puniping unit with the iniear accelerator is easy to realize compound balance and is predicted to have high mechanical etticiency and long setwce life The dowiiliole stroke increment device with the linear accelerator can increase the stroke of the subsiirface pump plunger, therefore it provides the condition for medifymg the existing puniping systenis to long stroke pumping systems.
