| 摘 要： | 通过对服务设计中用户旅程的构建确定目标用户需求,对用户从搜集信息开始到观看直播结束后整个过程中的行为、情绪变化挖掘目标用户的痛点、机会点,构建设计原型"随行",为用户提供一个统一的信息发布和直播平台,同时对用户旅程中目标用户的痛点提出相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Through the construction of the user journey in the service design,the needs of the target users are determined,and the behavior and emotional changes of the users in the whole process from the beginning of the collection of information to the end of the live broadcast are explored for the pain points and opportunities of the target users,and the design prototype"accompanied"is constructed.Users provide a unified platform for information release and live broadcast,and propose corresponding solutions to the pain points of target users in the user journey. |
