烧结金属纤维材料吸声性能优化研究

摘    要:以烧结金属纤维多孔材料为研究对象,构造了2种具有宽频吸声特点的优化目标函数Obj1和Obj2,并分析和讨论了各自的特点.最后采用模拟退火遗传算法和序列二次规划法对烧结金属纤维材料的吸声性能进行了优化.通过优化计算,获得了不同厚度烧结金属纤维材料获得最优宽频吸声性能时的材料孔隙率、曲折度因子、静流阻率以及静流阻等宏观声学参数的变化规律,从而为烧结金属纤维材料的工程应用提供参考依据.

Abstract:Focusing it attention on sintered fibrous metal, this paper puts forward two optimization objective functions (Objl and Obj2) for wide frequency sound absorption optimization. Also the characters of each objective function are discussed and analyzed. Then the acoustic optimization for the material is performed using a successive quadratic programming (abbr.SQP) method and hybrid generic algorithm. By means of calculating, the optimized acoustic parameters of porous sintered fibrous metals with difference thickness such as porosity, tortuosity, flow resistance and static flow resistivity are obtained therefore. The optimization in this paper provides reference and guide for the wide frequency sound absorption design and applications of porous sintered fibrous metals.
