摘    要:对电热镦粗过程中可控硅移相触发方式和过零触发电路的工作原理进行了分析,并利用Labview图形化编程语言进行了频谱分析。实践结果表明,过零触发电路具有对电源污染少,负载易于获得良好的正弦波。具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper analyses the principles of phase shift trigger for thyristor and zerocrossover trigger method in the process of electronic upsetting. Using graphical programming language Labview, we have frequency spectrum analysis. Practical application demonstrates that the zerocrossover triggering method makes the load acquire the integral sine wave and makes the power hardly contaminated. It has wide application prospects.
