摘    要:对黄桷庄电厂22号炉高温过热器管爆漏失效进行了理化试验、分析,找到了引起锅炉失效的主要原因是超负荷运行,造成过热器处严重结焦,从而引起管子冲蚀、低温热腐蚀。针对引起管子失效的原因,并提出了解决对策。

Abstract:By the physico-chemical testing and analysis on the rupture and leakage failure of high-temperature superheater pipe of No.22 boiler in Huangjuezhuang Power Plant,the major cause leading to boiler failure is found that is overload operation.It causes severe scaling on superheater,then the scaling causes impingement corrosion and low-temperature hot corrosion to the pipes.Finally the countermeasures are put forward.
