快速安装互联技术发展

电子设备内部的线缆互联技术随着技术的发展,在设备维护性、可靠性方面已越来越不能满足要求,该技术的主要缺点是:体积重量大、生产效率低、可靠性和维护性差.文中提出了一种适用于电子设备内部信号互联的新技术:无线缆信号互联技术,首先对传统的线缆互联技术进行了分析,然后对无线缆信号互联技术的结构进行了阐述,通过印制线代替现有的电缆,采用印制母板和快速电连接器实现电子设备内部信号的快速安装互联,可克服传统线缆连接技术的不足;并对无线缆互联技术结构和需要研究的内容进行了介绍.该技术的研究将极大提高电子设备的生产效率,并可提高电子设备的可靠性,有利于缩小电子设备的体积和重量,从而实现雷达电子设备的小型化.该技术将在民品、军品等电子系统中得到广泛的应用,前景非常广阔.

The Development of Quick Electronic Assembling and Interconnecting Technique

With the development of cable interconnecting technique in electronic equipment,the maintainability and reliability of equipment can not meet the requirement.The disadvantage of this technology is big volume,inefficient manfacture,low reliability and maintainability.This paper proposes a new technology of cable interlinking technology in electronic equipment: no wires interlinking and assembling.First traditional technology of cable interconnection is analyzed.And then the structure of wireless inconnecting and assembling is introduced.Via printed circuit board trace instead of present cable,printed circuit board and electronic connector are adopted to realize the signal interconnecting in electronic equipment,in this way shortage can be got over.Finally the structure and content of wireless interconnecting and electronic assembling are introduced.The efficiency and reliability of electronic equipment will be approved by this technology.It is also propitious to reduce the volume and weight of electronic equipment.Miniaturization of radar electronic equipment will be realized.This technology will be applied in the electronic system of civil product and government issue proverbially.
