值得注意的地下井喷

摘    要:在石油勘探开发的各类事故中,井喷所造成的损失是最大的,不但危及到财产、环境的安全,还时常造成重大的人员伤亡事故。据不完全统计,地下井喷又占到所有井喷事故的65%,其发生概率是地面井喷的1.5~2.0倍,危害远远超过地面井喷。从地下井喷的概念出发,分析了因地层破裂、开窗侧钻、管柱断裂以及井眼相碰等原因造成的地下井喷,简要说明了如何识别地下井喷及地下井喷发生后的控制措施。强调在关注常见井喷事故的同时必须高度注意地下井喷的发生,以达到经济、安全、有效的生产作业目的。

Abstract:The cost of blowout is the largest among all exploration and development accidents in petroleum industry. It does harm to the property and environment safety and sometimes cause huge human injuries and deaths. According to incomplete statistics, about 65% of blowouts are underground blowout (UGBO). The occurring frequency of underground blowout is f. 5 - 2. 0 times higher than that of ground and the damage of underground blowout is far higher than that of ground blowout. Being started from the definition of underground blowout, the underground blowouts caused by formation fracturing, casing side tracking, pipe twist off, wellbore cross, etc. were analyzed. How to identify underground blowout and the measures after it occurred were introduced briefly. In addition to common blowouts, the underground blowouts need to be noticed for economical, safe and effective operations.
