摘    要:围绕CIMS与FMS的研究与实践,先进制造系统的发展和应用取得了巨大的成就。论述了在这一发展历程中所取得的失败教训和成功经验,以及人的技能对故障诊断系统设计所具有的指导作用。同时结合CIMS及FMS的发展趋势,说明了新一代故障诊断系统应当坚持以“软”促硬、基于多Agent的智能集成、网络化远程服务及绿色可持续发展的原则。

Abstract:Based on study and practice of CIMS and FMS, great achievement has been made in development of and application in advanced manufacturing system. The text discussed the lessons and successful experience realized in the development process, as well as the directive role of personal skill in fault diagnosis system. Meanwhile, by combining with the development trend of CIMS and FMS, the text explained that the new generation of fault diagnosis system should be in such principle as to promote hardware with software, integrate intelligence based on multi_agents, network remote service and green retainable development.
