| 摘 要： | 随着现代科技的不断发展，多层印制板得到了越来越广泛的应用。多层板的层压工艺是多层板生产的一个重要环节。层压工艺的好坏对于印制板品质的高低起到了决定性的作用。本文概述了国内外广泛使用的多层印制板的层压工艺，并对工艺流程进行了解释，以期对同行业层压工艺的研发与生产有所帮助。 |

| Abstract: | With the development of modern science and technology,the application of multilayer PCB has developed more and more abroad.The technology of laminating of multilayer PCB is very important in the manufacture.The technology of laminating determines quality of PCB.This text summarizes the technology of laminating of multilayer PCB which has been applied abroad,and explain this technology detailed,in order to help research and production of the technology of laminating of multilayer PCB. |
