摘    要:针对双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(BOPET)电晕薄膜表面张力衰减效应和镀铝膜耐沸水蒸煮性能差的缺点,采用乳液聚合法合成自交联丙烯酸树脂乳液。使用该乳液涂覆BOPET薄膜,烘干交联后形成均匀、透明的涂覆层。测试结果表明,BOPET涂覆膜具有很好的抗表面张力衰减能力;镀铝涂覆膜具有很好的耐沸水蒸煮性能;涂覆层对BOPET薄膜的机械性能影响不大。

Abstract:A kind of self-crosslinking acrylic resin emulsion was prepared with emulsion polymerization process on the purpose of overcoming the degradation in surface tension of corona biaxial oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET) and the deficiency in resistance to water boiling of aluminized BOPET film. A homogeneous and transparent coating on BOPET film was formed after crosslinking and drying the resin emulsion applied on the BOPET film. The coated BOPET film exhibited an outstanding resistance to degradation in surface tension; the aluminized film also displayed an excellent resistance to water boiling. The coating has little effect on mechanic properties of the BOPET film.
