复合管板结构在换热器设计中的应用

摘    要:在硫铵用换热器设计中 ,采用碳钢管板衬一层不锈钢薄板结构。管板设计时 ,碳钢管板的厚度应满足设计厚度 ,管板与换热管的焊缝满足拉脱应力强度 ,碳钢管复层满足防腐要求。给出了管板的设计结构图。因换热管伸出碳钢管板长度大于GB 15 1- 89中的规定长度 ,换热管与管板焊缝的有效截面积大于标准中的规定 ,从而保证了管板与换热管的拉脱应力强度。

Abstract:The structure of carbon steel pipe plate lining with stainless steel thin plate has been applied in design of heat exchanger for ammonia sulfate. In design, the thickness of carbon steel pipe plate should be satisfied with design demands, the weld of pipe plate and pipe should meet tension stress strength, the lining of carbon steel pipe plate should content the demands of anti corrosion. The structure pictures of pipe plate were given. The tension stress strength of pipe plate and pipe was ensured because the pipe length that extended from pipe plate was longer than that was provided by GB 151 89, and the effective cross area of weld between pipe and pipe plate was larger than that was provided by standard also.
