几种小分子酯类有机物对矿渣粉磨性能及矿渣水泥强度的影响

摘    要:从筛余量、比表面积、粒径分布、胶砂强度、SEM分析等方面研究了几种小分子酯类有机物对矿渣粉磨和矿渣水泥强度的影响。结果表明:几种酯类物质均能降低矿渣筛余量,增加比表面积,提高3μm~32μm颗粒含量,对矿渣具有良好的助磨效果;酯类有机物分子的链长越长(对称结构除外),官能团越多(官能团相距较远),助磨效果越好;链长相同时,官能团数目的影响占主导地位。酯类物质的加入能使矿渣水泥水化产物Ca(OH)2成片层状紧密生长,能有效提高矿渣水泥的强度。

Abstract:Considerec the aspects of sieve margin, specific surface area, particle size distribution, mortar strength and the analysis of SEM, it analyzes the influence of several small molecule esters on the performance of grinding and strength of slag. The results show that several esters can reduce the slag sieve margin, increase the specific surface area and improve the particle content of 3-32μm, which has a good grinding effect on the slag. The longer of the chain length ( expect the symmetric structure) and the more functional groups ( the functional groups farther apart), the better grinding effects the esters organic has. When the lengths of the chain are same, the influence from number of the functional groups has a powerful impact. The adding of esters can make the production of slag cement grow close into lamellar, which can effectively improve the strenngth of slag cement.
