| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了建筑结构抗震鉴定及加固工作的发展过程，探讨了抗震鉴定及加固设防目标的概率水准，“抗震概念设计”在抗震鉴定与加固设计中的延伸、“结构综合抗震能力”在鉴定及加固中的应用，以及目前抗震加固改造中遇到的一些新问题。

| Abstract: | The development process for the seismic appraiser and strengthening of building structures in our country is reviewed. Some problems on the seismic appraiser and strengthening of building structures, such as the probability level of the objective of seismic protection for appraiser, the concept design on the seismic appraiser and strengthening, the judgement on compound seismic capability of structure and the coordination for transformation and strengthening of building structures, are investigated. |
