| 摘 要： | 以Ｎ－氧化吡啶为原料合成Ｎ－氧化－４－硝基吡啶，进而还原合成４－氨基吡啶，总产率达８０％，通过质谱，红外光谱和核磁共振谱对产品进行了结构测定，证明了合成工艺的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Aminopyridine is an important intermediate compound of new type pesticides and medicaments.4-Aminopyridine is synthesized by pyridine-N-oxide.The 4-aminopyridine synthetic technology is introduced in this thesis.Total yield is higher 80%.The structure of product is determined by MS,IR and NMR.The result proved the reliability of synthetic method. |
