催化裂化汽油无苛性碱精制组合工艺在哈尔滨石化公司的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了中国石油大学(北京)研发的无苛性碱精制组合工艺在中国石油哈尔滨石化公司40万t/a催化裂化(FCC)汽油脱硫醇装置上的应用情况,还介绍了装置目前存在的问题及后续改造建议。4年运行结果表明:无苛性碱精制组合工艺可满足FCC汽油脱硫醇需要,装置可长周期连续运行3年以上;精制汽油的硫醇硫质量分数小于8×10-6,博士试验合格,无铜片腐蚀;40万t/a脱硫醇装置的废液产生量小于50 t/a,比传统预碱洗脱臭工艺约低80%。

Abstract:The application of alkali-free refining combination process developed by China University of Petroleum(Beijing) in a 400kt/a mercaptan removing unit for catalytic gasoline in Harbin Petrochemical Company,PetroChina was introduced,and the subsistent problems and the revamping suggestions were proposed.The results obtained from four years operation showed that the combination process could meet the need of mercaptan removing from FCC gasoline,and the unit could be operated continuously for over 3 years.The ma...
