磨浮条件与浮选指标的关系研究及实践

摘    要:河台金矿开采含金蚀变糜棱岩型矿床 ,金的嵌布粒度很细 ,绝大部分属微细粒金 ,且矿石可磨性系数为0 .767,属难磨矿石。矿石选矿试验研究结果表明 ,磨矿细度达 -74μm83 %以上时金才能单体解离。本文分析了建矿初期浮选指标不高的原因 ,总结近年磨矿与浮选作业条件优化后的经验 ,指出尾矿品位仍大大高于全国平均水平 0 .3 5g/t ,进一步提高作业指标仍需深入研究

Abstract:Hetai Gold Mine has exploited erodible rock deposit with gold,which contain gold granularity is very thin.Most be of ultra minuteness and ore can rub degree of 0.767 coefficient, belong to difficult to rub.In the experiment and research of ore dressing has pointed out gold could be single to solve when ore-74μm accounting for over 83% .This text analyse the reason of floatation low index in the initial stage of established ore,summarize the experience of optimizing rubbing ore and floatation operation terms and pointed out that tailing grade is still higher than 0.35g/t of national average levels.We still need further research and practice to improve operation index.
