WO_3在气相吸附法制备的TiO_2/SiO_2复合载体表面的分散状态

摘    要:采用气相流动吸附法制备了TiO2/SiO2复合载体,用浸渍法制备了WO3/(TiO2/SiO2)催化剂,应用XRD和LRS等技术研究了TiO2在SiO2表面及WO3在TiO2/SiO2复合载体表面上的分散状态。结果表明,TiO2在复合载体中的载量低于其分散阈值时,它在SiO2表面呈单层但非密置单层分散;WO3在催化剂中的载量低于其分散阈值时,它在复合载体表面亦呈单层但非密置单层分散。TiO2在SiO2表面上的分散可改善WO3的分散状态,提高WO3在SiO2表面上的分散阈值。

Abstract:A TiO_2/SiO_2 complex support was prepared by using a gas-flow continuum adsorption method.WO_3/(TiO_2/SiO_2) catalysts were made by impregnating the complex support with a ammonium metatungstate solution.XRD and LRS techniques were employed in examining the dispersion of TiO_2 on the surface of SiO_2 and that of WO_3 on the surface of the complex support.The data collected suggest that when the TiO_2 content is less than the threshold of TiO_2 dispersed on the surface of SiO_2,it forms a monolayer,but not a close-packed monolayer distribution.WO_3 shows a similar behavior on the surface of TiO_2/SiO_2 complex support.The presence of TiO_2 on the surface of SiO_2 enhances the dispersion of WO_3 on SiO_2 surface.
