| 摘 要： | 详细分析了上海商业系统的用电负荷构成，并针对商业系统的用电特点，提出了几种需求侧管理方案。经效益评估，总移峰量可达最高用电负荷的6%左右，经济效益及社会效益非常显著。

| Abstract: | This paper systematically analyzes the structure of the load in Shanghai comm ercial system and brings forward several plans of dem and- side m anagem ent DSM in allusion to the characteristics of power in Shanghai comm ercial system. The evaluation of the benefit dem onstrates that the overall transfer of the peak load can reach6 % of the highest load,the economic benefit and the social benefit are considerable. |
