线性扫描Langmuir吸附可逆电流各阶导数公式的实验验证

摘    要:利用5-Br-PADAT对导出的线性扫描Langmuir吸附可递电流的各阶导数公式在两种导数极谱仪上进行了实验验证。理论波形曲线和实验波形曲线进行了对比,验证了扫描述度和吸附电流各阶导数峰值、峰电位、峰间距的关系,以及峰高与浓度、富集时间及电极面积的关系,并求出不同扫描速度下的电流各阶导数峰值和电流峰值的比值。实验结果和理论值基本相符。

Abstract:The derivative equations of the current and the potential equations of deritrivevoltammograms for a reversible interfacial reaction where both the oxided and the reduced formsare adsorbed Strongly and a Langmuir isotherm is obeyed have been verified with 5-(5- bromo2-pyridy)azo]-2,4-diaminotoluence(5-Br-PADAT) The relation ship of Peak height toconcentrstion, preconcentration time,area of electrode and the ratios of Peak valuces of differentderivative currents to the current have also ben verified.
