空气球系统建模与先进控制

摘    要:依据贝加莱公司提供的由控制器、风扇、玻璃管、空气球构成的空气球实验装置,以及Automation Studio组态软件和Matlab/Simulink仿真软件,应用机理建模和系统辨识相结合的建模方法,建立了由PWM控制输出到高度响应的系统数学模型。在Matlab/Simulink环境下对模型各个部分以及整体模型进行仿真,对仿真结果进行分析,最后与实验结果响应曲线对比,并对模糊控制算法进行研究,得出试验结果。

Abstract:The thesis was based on Airball system which consists of a DC electric motor,a fan,a glass tube and an Airball etc,provided by B&R Company,the PLC control system,the Automation Studio and Matlab/Simulink software.Application of,the system model from PWM output to Airball height response was constructed adopting the method of combining mechanism modeling with system identification.Finally,Matlab/Simulink simulation was done in the detail and the whole model.The simulation results compared with physical response curve showed that the model was accurate.Fuzzy control algorithm is studied and the result of the experiment is obtained.
