承压堵漏工艺技术在塔河油田托普台区块的应用

托普台地区具有丰富的地质储量。近几年来,西北油田分公司不断加大该区块的勘探开发力度,在托普台地区布井数量不断增加;而该区块地质结构复杂,经常发生井漏,造成钻井周期延长,影响了正常的完井投产。井漏成为制约托普台区块钻井提速的瓶颈问题。为了提高钻井效率,加快勘探开发进度,提高托甫台地区钻井工程质量,本文从托普台区块的地质特点及漏失机理入手,提出了针对该区块的堵漏措施,并成功运用于现场施工,为工区钻井提速、快速上产提供保障。

TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION OF LEAKAGE CONTROL UNDER PRESSURE FOR TUPUTAI BLOCK IN TAHE OILFIELD

There are luxuriant geological reserves in TuoPuTai block.for the past few years,Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Branch Company have reinforced the exploitation and development and accelerated the quantity of location in TuoPuTai block.however,because of complicated geological structure and leakage,drilling cycle have to be prolonged,affecting the normal well completion and producing.Leakage have led to the bottleneck to restrict accelerating drilling in this region.For the purpose of accelerating drilling,quickening the pace of exploitation and development and improving the quality of drilling engineering in TuoPuTai block,the geology characteristic and leakage mechanism of TuoPuTai block are aralyzed in the paper,and active leak stoppage steps are put forward,which have been successfully applied in field site and provided guarentees for higher Drilling speed and production rate.
