| Abstract: | This papers discusses the implementation of the Building Contract System and the ensuing negna-
tive effects on construction quality. The quality depends on the operating engineers——their professional ethic,
professional proficiency and the extent of the power of supervision they are endowed. Therefore, construction engineering companies should provide trainings to operating engineers to taise their awareness of responsibility and their overall management competence. |
