| 摘 要： | 用碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定水中的总氮时，通过减少过硫酸钾的加入量，使制备的校准曲线同样符合测定的需要，从而提高了水中总氮测定的准确度。

| Abstract: | The UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total nitrogen in water with alkaline potassium peroxydisulfate digestion was improved by decreasing the alkaline potassium peroxydisulfate. Prepared calibration curve was suitable for the requirement of the determination, and was made progress the veracity of total nitrogen determination in water. |
