火烧山油田氮气泡沫堵水技术应用研究

摘    要:火烧山油田是一个特低渗裂缝性油田,经过历年调剖堵水效果逐渐变差,试验过所种堵剂,均不尽人意,终究不能形成一套有效的完善的调剖堵水体系。分析了裂缝性油藏泡沫堵水技术的可行性,针对火烧山油田进行了氮气泡沫堵水的室内研究及现场应用。从室内实验结果可以看出,泡沫冻胶的封堵率都很高,并且随着HPAM质量分数的增加,封堵能力增强。实际实施效果表明,氮气泡沫堵水技术是可行的,而且具有较好的效果和应用前景。

Abstract:Huoshaoshan oil field is a fractured sandstone reservoir with very low permeability.With the profile control and water shutoff year by year,their effect is getting worse and worse.Many kinds of plugging agents which were used in Huoshaoshan are far from satisfaction.The effective and perfect system of profile control and water shutoff has not formed yet.By the feasibility analysis of the nitrogen foam water shutoff,this technique was studied and applied in Huoshaoshan oilfield.The experiments show that the plugging ratio of the foam gel is high,and its plugging capability can get better with the increase of HPAM's mass fraction.Field test shows that the nitrogen foam water shutoff is feasible,moreover,its effect and application prospect are good.
