| 摘 要： | 试验分析了不同外焊坡口角度对X80钢级18.4 mm壁厚埋弧焊钢管焊缝质量的影响。在其他焊接条件不变的情况下,仅对外焊坡口角度变化进行焊接试验,并对焊缝进行外观、无损和冲击性能试验,以寻求外焊坡口角度与埋弧焊管焊缝外观质量、焊缝熔深和力学性能间的关系。试验表明,随着外焊坡口角度的增加,外焊缝高度明显降低,熔深明显增加,焊缝冲击韧性略有提高,热影响区冲击韧性有所下降。
