省级地质灾害防治管理信息化建设探讨

结合湖北省地质灾害防治管理信息系统建设的实际需求,探讨基于W ebG IS技术开展省级地质灾害防治管理信息化建设方案。将地质灾害管理与防治通过网络技术进行集成,在互联网上实现组织结构和工作流程的电子化,打破时空和部门分隔的限制,将地质灾害信息管理带入不断积累、科学管理、合理利用、快速响应的良性循环轨道,全方位地向社会提供优质、透明、高效的管理和服务,以达到提高地质灾害防治管理效率和质量的目的。

DISCUSSION ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF INFORMATIONALIZATION OF GEOLOGICAL DISASTER PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT AT PROVINCIAL LEVEL

In combination with the practical needs of constructing the information system of geological disaster prevention and management in Hubei Province,this paper discusses the construction plan of the informationalization of geological disaster prevention and management at the provincial level on the basis of WebGIS technology.The geological disaster management and prevention will be integrated through the network technology to realize the electronization of the organization structure and work flow on the Internet,break the limitation of time,space and departmental separation,and provide high-quality,transparent and highly efficient management and service to the whole society in a all-round way,so as to heighten the efficiency and quality of geological disaster prevention and management and bring the geological disaster information management into the good orbit of continuous accumulation,scientific management,rational use and quick response.
