整饬之宜、适用之利与权益之移——昆明城市风土建筑生存状态及其再生策略

我国城乡风土建筑一直被"保护与发展"的矛盾所困扰,其"存续与再生"的探索在理论及实践层面尽管也取得过一些成功经验,但众多消失的城乡风土建筑所带来的教训更为深刻。本文以昆明城市的风土建筑为考察对象,通过对其生存状况的实态调研与潜在的生存原委挖掘,分析其存在意义与生命价值。同时结合1993年的调查记录档案,对比其20年来的发展变化情况,针对目前昆明城市风土建筑保护与发展、存续与再生中存在的问题,总结出昆明三种不同的风土建筑生存和保护状态,提出以"适用之利"带动其"整饬之宜",并以"权益之移"来保障和制约合理的使用权,以谋求昆明城市风土建筑的再生策略。

Appropriate Renovation、Applicable Benefit and Transition of Rights and Interests：the Existing Condition and the Renewal Strategy of Vernacular Architectures in Kunming

Vernacular architecture in urban and rural areas has been plagued by the conflict between the protection and development for a long time. Although the exploration of persistent existence and reproduction on the aspects of Theory and Practice has accumulated some successful experiences, the lesson to which the mushrooming number of the disappearing vernacular architecture in urban and rural areas have brought is further profound. The thesis takes the vernacular architecture in Kunming city as the object and analyses the existence significance and the value of life by investigating the reality of its living conditions and excavating the potential survival reasons. At the same time, according to the survey of log files in 1993, we can contrast its changes of the past 20 years of development. Aiming at the problem among the protection and development, survival and regeneration of vernacular architecture in Kunming, we can conclude that there are three different kind of the status of Survival and protection of the vernacular architecture in Kunming. Putting forward “applicable benefit” to lead “appropriate renovation” and adopting “transition of rights and interests” to protect and restrict the reasonable use rights, ultimately, we would like to seek the regeneration strategy of the vernacular architecture in Kunming.
