摘    要:为了使用实验箱来测试能否通过提高摆销链式大扭矩无级变速器的传递性能来实现大扭矩地输出,首先设计了满足大扭矩传动要求的液压控制系统。接下来,采用传递函数框图法建立了液压控制系统的数学模型。最后,使用MATLAB软件对液压系统进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明系统上升时间为0.0466s,调整时间为0.108s,超调量几乎为零,比例阀可以快速响应并准确达到指定值,这表明所设计的液压控制系统的正确性和可行性,为大扭矩无级变速器的研究提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In order to use the experimental box to test whether it can achieve the output of high torque by improving the transmission performance of the large torque type variable transmission,first,a new type of hydraulic control system that satisfies the requirement of high torque transmission was designed. Second,the transfer function block diagram method was used to set up the mathematical model of hydraulic control system. Finally,a simulation analysis was proceeded using MATLAB. The simulation results show that the system rise time is 0. 0466 s,the adjustment time is 0.108 s,overshoot volume is almost zero,and proportional valve can quickly respond and accurately reach the specified value,all indicating that the validity and feasibility of the designed hydraulic control system. This study provides certain reference for the research of high torque continuously variable transmission.
